The ability to share data between the two platforms (if the users allow it!) is actually very obvious. Being able to start up or report an incident from the planning department is the first step in this, so that on the one hand the driver is relieved of the administrative handling of an incident, but on the other hand the damage handlers at the transport companies also gain more insight into the context of the journey. For example, was the driver stressed, was there a delay, where exactly did the incident occur, etcetera. By collecting all these insights about incidents, a picture can be created of the most common incidents and we can actually work towards data-driven incident reduction.
